We provide professional training in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Coaching, and Hypnotherapy. Our training programmes lead to recognized qualifications and professional certifications.

1.3 These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding contract between you (the “Student”) and Evolve and Inspire Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the Company”).

By booking a training programme with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED

2.1 Your Booking

When you book training with us:

  1. You submit a booking (online, by email, or by phone)

  2. We send you a booking confirmation within 24 hours

  3. You pay the required deposit

  4. A binding contract is formed when we receive your deposit

2.2 Booking Confirmation

Our confirmation email will include:

– Training programme details

– Dates and times

– Total price

– Deposit amount paid

– Balance due and payment schedule

– Link to these Terms & Conditions

– Your 14-day cooling-off period rights

2.3 Acceptance of Terms

By paying your deposit, you confirm that you:

– Have read and understood these Terms

– Agree to be bound by these Terms

– Have provided accurate information

– Meet any entry requirements for the training

– Are at least 18 years old


3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

3.1 Prices

Our prices:

– Are stated in British Pounds (£)

– Do not include VAT (Evolve and Inspire Solutions Ltd is not VAT registered)

– Are available on our website or on request

– May be subject to change (but not for existing bookings)

What’s included in the price:

– All training sessions

– Training materials (manuals in pdf)

– Assessment

– Certification (upon successful completion and full payment)

What’s NOT included:

– IRNCH membership fees (separate annual fee)

– Professional insurance (your responsibility)

– Travel or accommodation costs

– Any optional extras not specified in your booking

3.2 Payment Terms

Deposit:

– A deposit is required before training commences

– Deposit amount will be confirmed in your booking

– Deposit must be paid to secure your place

Payment Schedule:

– You may pay in full before training starts, OR

– You may arrange an instalment plan (by agreement)

– Instalments may be paid before, during, or after training (as agreed)

– All payments must be completed as per the agreed schedule

Full Payment:

– Full payment must be completed before your original certificate is issued

– Electronic certificate may be issued on completion (even if balance outstanding)

– Original certificate will be withheld until full payment received

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment by:

– Bank transfer

– Credit/debit card

– Other methods by arrangement

3.4 Late Payment

If you miss a payment:

– We will contact you to arrange payment

– Interest may be charged at 2% per month (compound) above the Bank of England base rate

– We reserve the right to pursue outstanding payments through debt recovery procedures

– We may withhold certificates until payment is made

– We reserve the right to refuse access to future training until arrears are cleared

3.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our prices for future bookings, but:

– Your price is fixed once you have paid your deposit

– We will not increase your price after booking


4. YOUR CANCELLATION RIGHTS

4.1 Your 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

You have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund (including your deposit).

Your cooling-off period:

– Starts the day after you book (when we confirm your booking)

– Lasts for 14 calendar days

– Gives you the right to a full refund for any reason

How to cancel during cooling-off:

– Email us at info@evolveandinspiresolutions.com

– State clearly that you wish to cancel

– We will refund all money paid within 14 days

Important: This right applies even if training has started, UNLESS you have signed a waiver (see below).

4.2 Waiver of Cooling-Off Period

If training is due to start within your 14-day cooling-off period, we will ask you to sign a waiver agreeing to:

– Start training before the cooling-off period ends

– Give up your right to a full refund if you cancel after training starts

If you sign the waiver:

– You can still cancel, but refunds will be calculated as per section 4.3 below

– You will not receive a full refund if training has started

If you do NOT sign the waiver:

– Training will not start until your cooling-off period has ended

– You retain your full cancellation rights

4.3 Cancellation After Cooling-Off Period

If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period has ended:

Deposit:

– Your deposit is non-refundable

If training has not yet started:

– You may transfer to another training date (one transfer allowed, with 30 days’ notice)

– OR you may transfer your place to another person (at our discretion)

– If you do not transfer, your deposit is forfeited

If training has started:

– Your deposit is non-refundable

– You will be charged for any training sessions you have attended

– You will not receive a refund for future sessions

– You may transfer to complete the training at a future date (one transfer allowed, with 30 days’ notice, at our discretion)

4.4 How to Cancel

To cancel your booking:

  1. Email us at info@evolveandinspiresolutions.com

  2. State clearly that you wish to cancel

  3. Include your name and booking reference

  4. We will confirm receipt within 2 working days

Refunds:

– Will be processed within 14 days of cancellation

– Will be made to the original payment method

– Will be confirmed by email


5. OUR CANCELLATION RIGHTS

5.1 Minimum Numbers

We require a minimum number of students to run training:

Practitioner: Minimum 4 students

Master Practitioner: Minimum 2 students

Timeline Resourcing®: Minimum 4 students

5.2 If We Cancel

If we have to cancel your training:

– We will give you as much notice as possible (minimum 14 days where possible)

– You will receive a full refund of all money paid, OR

– You may transfer to another training date at no extra cost

We may cancel if:

– Minimum numbers are not met

– The trainer is ill or unavailable

– Circumstances beyond our control prevent delivery (see Force Majeure section)

If we cancel:

– You will receive a full refund within 14 days

– We are not liable for any consequential losses (travel, accommodation, loss of earnings, etc.)

5.3 Changes to Training

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to:

– Training dates or times (with reasonable notice)

– Training venue or online platform

– Trainer (substitute qualified trainer)

– Training content (to keep current and relevant)

If we make significant changes:

– We will notify you as soon as possible

– You may cancel for a full refund if the changes are unacceptable to you

– You must notify us within 7 days of being informed of the changes


6. TRAINING DELIVERY

6.1 Training Format

Our training is delivered:

– Online via Zoom

– Live and interactive

– According to the published schedule

– By qualified and experienced trainers

6.2 Attendance Requirements

To receive certification, you must:

– Attend 100% of training sessions

– Participate fully and engage with the training

– Complete all required assessments

– Meet the standards for certification

If you miss sessions:

– You may not be eligible for certification

– You may be able to make up missed sessions at a future training (at our discretion, additional fees may apply)

– We are not obliged to provide one-to-one catch-up sessions

6.3 Technical Requirements (Online Training)

You are responsible for:

– A reliable internet connection

– A computer/device capable of running Zoom

– A quiet space free from distractions

– A working camera and microphone

– Testing your equipment before training starts

We are not responsible for:

– Your technical difficulties or internet issues

– Time lost due to your technical problems

– Providing alternative access if you cannot connect

6.4 Training Materials

We will provide:

– Digital training materials (PDFs, workbooks, etc.)

– Access to online resources (where applicable)

– Materials in advance or during training

You must not:

– Share materials with non-students

– Reproduce or distribute materials

– Use materials for commercial purposes without permission

– Remove copyright notices

6.5 Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule:

– Contact us as soon as possible

– Provide evidence of special circumstances (illness, bereavement, emergency) for guaranteed rescheduling

– Without evidence, rescheduling is at our discretion

– One transfer is allowed (with 30 days’ notice where possible)

– Additional transfers may incur a fee

Special circumstances include:

– Serious illness (medical evidence required)

– Bereavement (death certificate or funeral notice)

– Emergency situations (evidence required)

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate genuine emergencies.


7. ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION

7.1 Assessment

To receive certification:

– You must complete all required assessments

– Assessments may include written work, practical demonstrations, case studies, or other formats

– You must meet the required standard

– Assessments must be submitted by the deadline

7.2 Passing Criteria

We will assess you on:

– Understanding of training content

– Practical application of skills

– Completion of required work

– Professional standards

If you do not meet the standard:

– We will provide feedback

– You may resubmit or resit (see below)

7.3 Resits and Resubmissions

If you do not pass first time:

– You may resit or resubmit at our discretion

– No fee will be charged for the first resit/resubmission

– Resits must be completed within 3 months of the original training

– Further resits may incur a fee

7.4 Certification

Upon successful completion:

– You will receive an electronic certificate

– Your original certificate will be issued once full payment is received

– Certificates will state the qualification achieved and accreditation details

Certificates are issued by:

– Evolve and Inspire Solutions Ltd

– With IRNCH accreditation (where applicable)

– With ABNLP and ABH certification (where applicable)

We reserve the right to:

– Withhold certificates if payment is outstanding

– Withhold certificates if assessment is not completed

– Withhold certificates if you have breached these Terms

7.5 Appeals

If you wish to appeal an assessment decision:

– Email us within 14 days of receiving your result

– State clearly the grounds for your appeal

– We will review and respond within 14 days

– Our decision following review is final

8. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

8.1 Accurate Information

You must provide:

– Accurate personal details

– Accurate contact information

– Honest information about your experience and qualifications

– Updates if your information changes

8.2 Conduct

You must:

– Behave professionally and respectfully

– Respect other students and the trainer

– Maintain confidentiality about other students’ personal information

– Follow the Student Conduct Policy

– Not disrupt training or behave inappropriately

8.3 Health and Safety

You must:

– Inform us of any health conditions that may affect your participation

– Take responsibility for your own wellbeing

– Follow any health and safety instructions

– Not attend if you are unwell (and inform us as soon as possible)

8.4 Payment

You must:

– Pay all fees on time

– Inform us immediately if you have difficulty paying

– Not attend training if you have outstanding payments (unless agreed)

8.5 Insurance

After qualification, you are responsible for:

– Obtaining appropriate professional insurance

– Ensuring you are qualified and insured before practicing

– Following professional standards and ethics

– Complying with any regulatory requirements

We are not responsible for your professional practice after qualification.


9. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

9.1 What We Will Provide

We will:

– Deliver training to a professional standard

– Provide qualified and experienced trainers

– Provide training materials

– Assess your work fairly

– Issue certificates upon successful completion and full payment 

– Maintain appropriate insurance

– Comply with all relevant laws and regulations

9.2 Duty of Care

We will:

– Provide a safe learning environment

– Treat you with respect and professionalism

– Handle your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR (see Privacy Policy)

– Respond to complaints fairly and promptly


10. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

10.1 What We Are Liable For

We do not exclude or limit liability for:

– Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

– Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

– Any other liability that cannot be excluded by law

10.2 What We Are Not Liable For

We are not liable for:

– Your professional practice after qualification

– Your ability to obtain insurance, employment, or clients

– Your income or business success

– Indirect or consequential losses (loss of income, business, reputation, opportunity)

– Losses caused by your breach of these Terms

– Losses caused by Force Majeure events

– Technical issues with your equipment or internet connection

– Your failure to meet entry requirements or assessment standards

10.3 Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you is limited to:

– The total amount you have paid for the training

– This applies to all claims arising from or connected with your training

10.4 Professional Practice Disclaimer

Important:

– Training does not guarantee employment, clients, or income

– You are responsible for your own professional practice

– You must obtain appropriate insurance before practicing

– You must comply with all relevant laws and professional standards

– We are not responsible for your actions as a practitioner


11. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

11.1 Your Personal Data

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with:

Under the IRNCH Integrated Code of Ethics and Conduct We have a duty to report to the IRNCH any complaints received against Us of a professional nature and anything that may affect Our standing as a member the IRNCH.


13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

13.1 Our Materials

All training materials are owned by:

– Evolve and Inspire Solutions Ltd, OR

– Licensed from third parties

Copyright and intellectual property rights belong to us or our licensors.

13.2 Your Use of Materials

You may:

– Use materials for your own learning and personal development

– Refer to materials in your professional practice

– Keep materials for your own reference

You must not:

– Reproduce or copy materials for others

– Share materials with non-students

– Use materials to deliver training to others (unless licensed to do so)

– Remove copyright notices or claim materials as your own

– Use materials for commercial purposes without permission

13.3 Your Own Work

Any work you create during training (case studies, assignments, etc.):

– Remains your intellectual property

– May be used by us for assessment purposes

– May be used by us for marketing (with your permission only)


14. FORCE MAJEURE

14.1 What is Force Majeure?

Force Majeure means events beyond our reasonable control, including:

– Pandemic or epidemic

– Natural disasters (flood, fire, earthquake, etc.)

– War, terrorism, or civil unrest

– Government restrictions or lockdowns

– Failure of technology or communications (beyond our control)

– Trainer illness or emergency

14.2 Effect of Force Majeure

If Force Majeure prevents us from delivering training:

– We will notify you as soon as possible

– We will offer to reschedule training, OR

– We will offer a full refund

We are not liable for:

– Delay or failure to perform due to Force Majeure

– Any consequential losses caused by Force Majeure events

14.3 Your Rights

If we cannot deliver due to Force Majeure:

– You may accept a rescheduled date (no extra cost)

– OR you may request a full refund

– We will not charge cancellation fees in Force Majeure situations


15. STUDENT CONDUCT AND REMOVAL

15.1 Expected Conduct

You must:

– Behave professionally and respectfully

– Not harass, bully, or discriminate against others

– Not disrupt training

– Follow instructions from trainers

– Maintain confidentiality

– Not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs

15.2 Unacceptable Conduct

We may remove you from training if you:

– Behave abusively or aggressively

– Harass or discriminate against others

– Persistently disrupt training

– Breach confidentiality

– Attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Commit fraud or dishonesty

– Breach these Terms seriously or repeatedly

15.3 Removal Process

If we remove you:

– We will explain the reasons

– You will not receive certification

– Refunds will be calculated as follows:

– Deposit: Non-refundable

– Training sessions attended: Non-refundable

– Remaining sessions: Refund at our discretion (case-by-case basis)

You have the right to appeal:

– State your grounds for appeal

– We will review and respond within 14 days

These Terms are between you and Evolve and Inspire Solutions Ltd only.

No third party has any right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

18.2 Accrediting Bodies

Your training may be accredited by:

– IRNCH (International Register of NLP, Coaching and Hypnotherapy)

You must also comply with:

– The terms and conditions of these accrediting bodies

– Their codes of ethics and professional standards

– Their membership requirements (if you join)

We are not responsible for:

– Changes to accrediting body requirements

– Accrediting body membership fees or processes

– Disputes between you and accrediting bodies


19. GENERAL PROVISIONS

19.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and other referenced policies) constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

They supersede any previous agreements, representations, or understandings.

19.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable:

– That part will be removed or modified to the minimum extent necessary

– The rest of these Terms will remain in full force and effect

19.3 Waiver

If we do not enforce any part of these Terms, it does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.

19.4 Assignment

You may not:
