1. Who accredits the Training and the certificates?
An important distinction: it is the Trainer, not the Training itself, who holds the accreditation.
Barbara HM Bochenek – member of ABNLP and ABH, certified and accredited Trainer by IRNCH.
The school "Barbara HM Bochenek & Tomasz Ozmina School of NLP" is officially registered with ABNLP.
Graduates of the Training can apply for membership in: IRNCH, ABNLP, ABH.
2. Who are the Trainers?
Barbara HM Bochenek – Trainer of NLP, Hypnotherapy, Timeline Resourcing® and Personal Evolutionary Coaching®. Member of IRNCH, ABNLP and ABH. Lead Trainer of all Training segments.
Tomasz Ozmina – Certified NLP Trainer, Master Practitioner of Hypnotherapy, Timeline Resourcing® and Personal Evolutionary Coaching®. Support Trainer (not subject to accreditation requirements).
3. What is Timeline Resourcing®?
A method created by Mark and Nicky Taylor (Taylored Life Company), where both Barbara and Tomasz obtained their certifications.

4. What is Personal Evolutionary Coaching®?
A copyright-protected, original coaching model. Accredited by IRNCH and recognised within the NLP community. The certificate enables graduates to apply for IRNCH membership.

5. What is the format of the Training?
Practical exercises in small groups under supervision. One month of individual mentoring after the Training. Lifelong access to the Opt2Learn platform and all Practitioner materials. Four manuals in English, plus scripts of techniques.
6. Are the certificates and exams included in the price?
Yes – all exams and certificates are included in the Training fee. Certificates are issued with the logos of: Evolve and Inspire Solutions, IRNCH, ABNLP, ABH.
7. What does the Curriculum include?
NLP Practitioner: Meta Model, Milton Model, Anchoring, Submodalities, Reframing.
Hypnotherapy: Elman & Erickson inductions, deepening, suggestions, pendulum work.
Timeline Resourcing® Training: Emotional release, belief release, EVOLVING A PART, phobia release, goal-setting, future planning.
Personal Evolutionary Coaching®: Structured process for client work and growth.
Total training hours: 131 (exceeding ABNLP international standards).
8. Does the Training prepare me for professional practice?
