I'm Barbara HM Bochenek, the founder of Evolve and Inspire Solutions and an Accredited Trainer of NLP, Hypnotherapy, Timeline Resourcing®, and Personal Evolutionary Coaching®.
My path to becoming a Trainer wasn't a straight line – it was born out of one of the most difficult experiences of my life.
After a severe spinal injury, I couldn't walk for almost a year. Doctors told me the only option left was a risky surgery – with a 50/50 chance of either recovery or permanent worsening of my condition. In that year, I tried everything: every alternative method of healing I could find. Nothing worked.
Then, after nearly twelve months of pain, isolation, and searching, I experienced just one NLP session focused on releasing unresolved emotions from the past. And something extraordinary happened: my body began to heal. The recovery that had been stuck for months suddenly accelerated, and step by step I regained my strength, mobility, and life.
During that year when I was unable to walk, lying in pain and cut off from the world, I made myself a promise:
"Whatever helps me heal, I will dedicate my life to studying it – and to teaching it to others."
And that's exactly what happened. Just months after my NLP breakthrough, I became a certified Practitioner. The following year, I completed my Master Practitioner. In the same year, I qualified as a Trainer of Hypnotherapy, and soon after as a Trainer of NLP, Timeline Resourcing®, and Personal Evolutionary Coaching®.
Today
As an Accredited Trainer, I now deliver high-level, bilingual Trainings (Polish & English) that bring together professionalism, advanced methodology, and deep transformation.
I specialize in four core disciplines:
- Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) – reshaping thought and behavior patterns for lasting change
- Hypnotherapy – modern approaches to harnessing the unconscious mind for healing and growth
- Timeline Resourcing® – a copyrighted methodology by Mark & Nicky Taylor, taught worldwide by selected Trainers, and in Polish exclusively by myself and Tomasz Ozmina
- Personal Evolutionary Coaching® – identity-level coaching for profound personal and professional transformation
